Return & Refund Policy

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery and approved before being sent back.

Eligible items must be in original condition with all packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.

Opened or unsealed items may be subject to a 15%–20% restocking fee or may not be eligible for return.

Special Orders & Non-Returnable Items

Some products are special order, custom, final sale, or otherwise non-returnable. Special-order items may also be non-cancellable once ordered from the manufacturer.

Return Shipping

Tecisoft covers return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact info@tecisoft.com with your order number and photos, if applicable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, return the original item and place a new order.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Order changes must be requested within 2 hours.

Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours, but cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed, shipped, or submitted to a supplier.

Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will provide a replacement or refund. Carrier investigations may take up to 30 days.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the return is received and inspected.
